Stupid Robots

Felt-tip and Photoshop comic-strip. Robots are a great vehicle for humour, Bender from Futurama being one of the best. Eventually when I have enough material I will publish a new comic book, my first in 4 years. Far from being an asset to the human race, I believe robots will be just as bumbling and falable as humans.

Squawk!

Parrots sitting in a tree, postcard/greetings card Illustration. Photoshop and Felt-tip pen. In my home-town there is a naturalised flock of wild Green Parakeets, these social-birds love to do nothing more than meet up and have a good old-fashion squawk! I think we can learn alot from the birds.

Overwhelmed by Choice

Felt-tip and Photoshop colour. Cover for a zine. These days it seems like we are overwhelmed by choice, be it 10 brands of instant coffee in a supermarket or the latest breakthrough musical artist/group, meh.

Draw!

DRAW! A while ago I created this animated GIF, I guess it is technically a Pixel Sprite. I thought I had lost it forever. This used to be on my webpage way back when, and it used to only work when the cursor hovered over the top. I guess the character looks a bit like Pob.

Football Fan

Felt tip and Photoshop illustration for a greetings card. I am terrible at football, where as my brother is not.

Hop to It!

The best way to celebrate is by drawing a frog because it makes everybody very hoppy, so let's get ribbett.

Lighthouse

A dramatic Illustration of a Lighthouse rendered in felt tip and Photoshop. Lighthouses are interesting buildings. Living no-where near the sea the two I remember the most are from the children's programs: Round the Twist and The Odyssey. Sadly most Lighthouses are now automated rendering the role of Lighthouse Keeper redundant.

A Passing of Time

Proposed cover for an as yet unpublished book.

The Flying Pink Elephant Explains All

Everyone has heard of Flying Pigs but no-one has heard of the lesser spotted Flying Pink Elephant. This is a spot image for a proposed magazine column whereby a Flying Pink Elephant dispenses sage-like wisdom, insight and wit, because remember after all an Elephant never forgets.
